HSSEQ Medulla is a health, safety, environment, quality, compliance, contractor, competence, journey, incident, permit, and operational risk management workspace developed by SolutionsTag.

The system is provided to approved organizations and invited users. It is not a public social platform and real workspace access requires authorized credentials.

The information collected by the mobile app and authenticated workspace depends on the account type, assigned permissions, and modules enabled by the organization.

• Account and identity details such as name, email address, phone number, login username or email, tenant or organization, role, permissions, and login status.
• Contractor details such as contractor profile information, category, contact person, work readiness, and uploaded compliance documents.
• Operational records such as incidents, corrective actions, permits, project records, compliance requirements, competence assessments, journey records, equipment, assets, locations, and business units.
• Evidence and file uploads such as incident evidence, compliance evidence, contractor documents, permit attachments, images, PDFs, and related supporting documents.
• Security and technical logs such as login events, failed login attempts, IP address, browser or device details, request path, tenant code, action outcome, and timestamps.

We use information to operate secure HSSEQ workspaces, support authorized users, protect tenant records, and provide the workflows requested by each organization.

• Create, review, approve, reject, monitor, and report HSSEQ workflow records.
• Support incident reporting, evidence handling, permit work, contractor readiness, compliance tracking, competence management, and operational visibility.

The HSSEQ Medulla mobile app supports authorized Medulla users and invited contractors. The login screen includes separate access paths for Medulla User and Contractor accounts.

The mobile app may send login credentials, tenant code, incident records, permit-related data, evidence files, device request information, and security logs to the HSSEQ Medulla backend so the workspace can function correctly.

The mobile app does not collect public demo request details from the website. Demo request information is handled through the public website form described below.

The public HSSEQ Medulla website and demo request pages may collect information that is separate from the mobile app, such as business name, business registration details, contact email, phone number, country, category, message, request status, and tracking code.

We use this website information to verify and respond to demo requests, send request updates, contact interested organizations, and support public website security and service reliability.

HSSEQ Medulla is workplace health, safety, environment, quality, and risk management software. It is not a medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, or patient healthcare service.

Organizations may use the system to record workplace safety events, people at risk, corrective actions, compliance evidence, and similar operational information. Users should follow their employer policies and applicable laws when entering personal or sensitive information.

Workspace information is shared only as needed to provide the service, support the tenant organization, comply with lawful requirements, or protect the system.

• With authorized users inside the same tenant workspace based on their roles and permissions.
• With approved contractors or contractor representatives when a workflow requires contractor participation.
• With infrastructure, hosting, email, storage, security, analytics, and support providers that help operate HSSEQ Medulla.
• With regulators, courts, or authorities if legally required, or when necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent misuse.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect HSSEQ Medulla data, including authenticated access, role-based permissions, tenant separation, audit logging, and encrypted transport where supported.

Records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet tenant operational requirements, preserve audit history, resolve disputes, comply with law, or support business continuity. Tenant administrators may request updates or deletion where appropriate and legally allowed.

Authorized users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through their organization administrator or the HSSEQ Medulla team. Some records may need to remain available where they form part of compliance, safety, audit, legal, or incident history.

Public website and demo request contacts may ask us to update contact details or stop follow-up communications where the request is no longer active.

HSSEQ Medulla is intended for organizations, employees, authorized contractors, and business users. It is not directed to children.
